D1  La Paz – Uyuni
You need be ready at the Bus Terminal (bus station) at 09:00 a.m. Departure at 10:00 a.m. in a local Bus from La Paz to Oruro (3 hours), and then, the bus arrive to the Train Station, get the train at 15:00 p.m. Departure at 15:30 p.m. in a train from Oruro to Uyuni, 22:20 arrival approximately to Uyuni. Transfer-in Train Station to Hotel.

D2  Salar de Uyuni
Train Cemetery . Leave for the Salt Lake visiting Colchani on the way where the local people make their living extracting salt. Cross the Salar to Fish Island known for its giant cactus and its incredible views of the Salt Lake . Snack. In the afternoon, a visit to Coquesa, a small picturesque town where time has stopped at the base of the extinct volcano Tunupa. A short walk to the Tombs. On the return trip to Uyuni you will visit the Eyes of Salt and its impressive views of the geology of the Salt Lake. (lunch) Transfer to the Train Station, to continue the trip from Uyuni towards Oruro.

 

D3 Oruro – La Paz
Arrival in the morning to Oruro, reception and transfer to the bus station. Local bus from Oruro-La Paz. Transfer-in Bus Station-Hotel. (breakfast).
