08:00 A.M. Walk through Cloud Forest appreciating giant ferns, the unexplored archaeological site of Pucará (1800-2100 m.a.s.l.) and the Condor’s Nest. We descend to 1200 m.a.s.l. to camp. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

We descend to the subtropical forest until 1200 m.s.n.m. to appreciate its rich fauna and flora. Fauna: reptiles like rattlesnake and chorale, birds like carpenter, cuyabo, parrots, quetzals, toucan cowherd, mammals like guaso, cats, paca (frog), monkeys, puercoespines, squirrels, sluggish, armadillos. Flora: Picus strangler, orchids, bromelias, tipa, walnut, pasifloras, tajibo, cedar cassias, alder. (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
